What's involved This position is responsible for the prevention, early detection, and management of health problems for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. You will work part of multidisciplinary team to deliver culturally appropriate health services and provide support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, families and communities. The role will entail service delivery from designated primary clinic locations and outreach services, under limited supervision, as required. You will provide effective primary health care and health promotion initiatives within Central West Hospital and Health Service.
