An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Coordinator to operationally and professionally manage, supervise, coordinate and support a team of administrative staff working in the surgical outpatient clinics, and perform a range of administration functions to ensure consistent and high-quality services in clinical areas for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS).

TheAdministration Coordinatorwill provide a high level of confidential administrative support for outpatient services across the SCHHS.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Management and supervision of administrative staff within Surgical Outpatient services.
- Planning and organising skilled staff to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and each service area meets the Specialist Outpatients Services Implementation Standards (SOSIS) determined Key Performance Indicators.
- Manage professional standards for administrative services by resolving day to day operational issues relating to procedures and staff within the team.
- Oversee and participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes and work practices. Identify areas for improvement and recommend, negotiate and implement enhancements to existing practices.

Remuneration value up to $102,490 p.a., comprising salary between $81,534 - $89,828 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
