Job Details

Live, work and play on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Join an expanding Health Service with a culture of innovation, education, training and research, with facilities across the Sunshine Coast including the University Hospital at Birtinya.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administration support to the Data Validation Officer PR as required.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of the SCHHS Personnel Register and SCUH ID Cards systems.
  • Identify issues within the systems and correct data errors, liaising directly with internal customers providing advice to teams with a solutions-based focus.
  • Support the maintenance of educational resources to support PR. Work collaboratively with the Data Validation Officer PR regarding data improvement and liaise with the Senior Business Advisor, IBM in documenting departmental processes when necessary.

Remuneration value up to $87 658 p.a., comprising salary between $2634.80 - $2944.80 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (permanent full time position available).
