About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide a broad range of administrative services to support operation of the Private Practice Department and its clinics.
This includes:
- Ensuring accurate scheduling of appointments (specialist clinics) by negotiating with patients, entering and updating data, reviewing and subsequently confirming bookings in a timely manner.
- Ensuring the effective utilisation of information systems required to produce accounts from specialists' billing and generate receipts for payments by accurate input of data for processing.
- Provide accurate and timely input of data required by Medicare Australia by ensuring accurate information is processed from Medicare vouchers.
- Participate in the daily operational activities of the private practice clinics by acting in the patient reception and booking procedures.
