Job Details

The role:

  • Develop Business Cases for investment decisions and Project Initiation Documents working with customer stakeholders, technical and project management resources.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a business analyst frameworks in accordance with established project management frameworks, methodologies and policies.
  • Lead the review of business processes, architectures, designs and project plans for the provision of business solutions for large and complex Clinical/Digital/ICT projects and programs of work.
  • Contribute to the delivery of Digital Strategy business improvement service offerings to customers through developing and applying skills in business analysis processes.
  • Consult and liaise extensively with clients and stakeholders to clarify and document business requirements and make recommendations on the development of new systems, enhancements to existing systems, processes and other solutions to meet client needs

Are you right for this role?

  • Demonstrated capacity to analyse complex system issues and processes, provide specification/solution development and design
  • Proven experience in business case development.
  • Demonstrated skills in problem solving, business research and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated mentoring and facilitation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment and with senior management.
  • Proven ability to elicit and document business and information requirements in an accurate, effective and professional manner.
  • Familiarity with, or qualifications in, best practice business analysis theory, processes, methodologies and software tools.
