The Role
A terrific opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to joinour client'sMental Health Unit, providing clinical services, direction, and leadership in the mental health program. This position will be involved in the education and supervision of medical officers, undergraduate and postgraduate trainees.

The Location
Situated in an idyllic part of regional Victoria, approximately 2 hrs drive from Melbourne. Residents and visitors arrive in search of a treechange, some come for a weekend and end up staying. With a goldrush history, the town centreboasts heritage buildings, noble remnants of aprosperous past. These days the economy is driven by energy, forestry, and agriculture.

The Facility
A purpose-built teaching hospital caring for a catchment population of more than 260,000 people. The range of services extends to emergency, intensive care, elective surgery, allied health, obstetrics, medical and radiation oncology, dialysis and aged care.

The Requirements
To apply you must be registered as a Specialist with AHPRA and hold the FRANZCP or are eligible for AHPRA Specialist Registration. Candidates sitting the fellowship clinical examinations are welcome to apply. IMGs assessed by RANZCP as substantially comparable are encouraged to apply.
