About the role

The Clinical Skills Development Service (CSDS) is a diverse multi-disciplinary business unit within Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS) that acts as a service provider to support the development and standardisation of simulation education and training across the state of Queensland. As the central hub of a network of over 130 Pocket Centres (in situ simulation and dedicated skills centres) situated in all Queensland Health Hospital and Health Services; the CSDS provides access to specialised equipment for clinical education and has an extensive catalogue of courses including face-to-face, blended and eLearning offerings. The CSDS is located on the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH) campus, and the facility has conference and simulated clinical rooms that can be hired for a variety of education events and functions.

The purpose of this role is to coordinate and monitor administrative operations to support the delivery of training and education programs delivered at CSDS and statewide.
