About the Role

As the Director Medical Services, you will lead a medical team to deliver quality medical services to our patients and clients within a rural health setting. You will drive and create a positive workplace culture through respectful communication, expertly balancing the needs of staff and service delivery outcomes. You will receive a competitive remuneration package value between $368,392 (MEDC2-01) and $407,167 (MEDC2-06), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, inaccessibility incentive, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., locality allowance and professional indemnity cover. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value
