Working as an ED Registrar you will experience a unique case-mix due to the young population (average age 29), and the highest per capita rates of acute rheumatic fever, TB, blunt and penetrating trauma in Australia. You will also receive paid protected teaching time weekly, incorporating practical workshops, invited speakers, high fidelity simulation and primary and fellowship exam preparation for ACEM trainees, as well as access to APLS, ALS, MIMMS, Australian Trauma Team Training and other courses.
