The Hospital
Currently going through a multi-million redevelopment, this hospital will soon be state of the art. 66 hospital beds for acute medical, surgical, paediatric and maternity patients. The hospital provides a 24 hour Emergency Department that sees approximately 45,000 presentations a year. It also provides a range of services including, ante natal classes, lactation consultant, chemotherapy, renal dialysis, a hospital at home visiting service, asthma education, medical imagining, pathology and same day surgery.
The Position
An opportunity for an experienced Emergency Medicine Specialist to join a dynamic team. Working within the Emergency department, you will provide emergency care services to patients as well as providing leadership to the department. You will bring with you expertise, a calm demeanour and willingness to teach and further develop you career.
Requirements
To apply for this role you should either hold the FACEM or have an equivalent qualification that has been assessed by the ACEM as substantially comparable.
Currently hold AHPRA registration or eligible to obtain.
Pay
Dependent upon experience between $355,000-$454,000
