About the Role

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for patients and visitors utilising a contemporary quality and risk management framework including escalation of care and concerns as required.
• Demonstrate an advanced depth of knowledge, skills, experience, and competence in medical/surgical nursing care and effectively integrates theory into informed clinical practice.
• Engage in incident reporting to promote safe and/or rectify unsafe practice and reports accordingly to the RN.
