As the Hospital Ambassador you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering high quality care to patients The role will focus on proactive engagement of patients and visitors to improve the customer experience through promotion of a safe environment through focused, respectful, empathetic and supportive interactions to promote positive and calm conduct
