About the role

The Senior Technology Officer, Information Technology Services under the direction of the ICT Service Delivery Manager provides experienced technical support and timely problem resolution to maintain local information systems.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

• Demonstrated experience and sound working knowledge of software development and support using the following languages and tools: SharePoint/Power Automate and O365 , Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Visual Studio & DevOps and Microsoft PowerApps .
• Remains accessible to customers and uses strong communication skills to understand customers' needs and deliver an organised service that meets their expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti- discrimination, occupational health and safety and ethical behaviour
• Proven high level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions
• Demonstrated high level competency in the support of information systems, technical problem solving, the application of professional judgement and the formulation of technical solutions
