About the role
The purpose of this role is to be accountable at an advanced practice level for the coordination of human and/or material resources, and to support effective business practices for Patient Access and Flow.
The position will:
- Provide a 24-hour service to support co-ordination of patient access and hospital capacity for TPCH:
- Provide afterhours facilitation of clinical activities through the provision of appropriate resources, co-ordination of nursing staff, and supporting the multidisciplinary health care team in ensuring safe and effective functioning of the hospital;
- Act as afterhours representative for the Executive Director for operational matters.
