About the Role

The Nurse Manager: Operational Commissioning Lead role provides coordination and guidance in relation to nursing management practises by enabling and supporting operational and strategic organisational/divisional goals; working in collaboration with other key stakeholders supporting the PAH and QEII Hospital Expansion Programs in overall efficient and effective management, benchmarking, maintaining standards and optimising patient/program outcomes.

The role will be to lead the change, transition and operational commissioning portfolios for designated clinical and support services to ensure a smooth and safe transition to new / refurbished services at PAH & QEII Hospital. The role is part of an Operational Commissioning team and will work very closely with the relevant project team and hospital services to ensure their preparedness for the new facilities.
