Your opportunity:

• Lead and participate in the provision of a safe, efficient and effective high level pharmacy service within the acute, post and sub acute and outpatient settings through clinical practice, service development and activities that improve medication management for clients within the WBHHS Rural Hospitals. This position is also responsible for advising senior management on medication management needs and initiatives to improve service quality. These responsibilities require self-directed management and prioritisation with little to no direct clinical pharmacy supervision.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $141,250 p.a., comprising salary between $115,049 - $123,799 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Full Time 76 hours p.f.)
