How will you be assessed?
- Excellent understanding of supply chain and/or procurement, and mechanisms associated with data management and control, and knowledge of or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of supply chain processes and/or procurement processes.
- Demonstrated experience in the effective use of a wide range of analytical and business solution tools, including demonstrated experience in applications to create, collect, extract and analyse data such as MS PowerBI, Excel, and applications in the MS Power Platform, and the ability to use this data to create high-level analytical reports and presentations to support business decisions.
- Extensive demonstrated experience in analytical skills as well as understanding of regulatory obligations, threats to business continuity and the exercise of adequate control measures.
- Understands the nuances, complexities and diversity of working in complex environments with overarching public service obligations.
- Proven ability to adopt contemporary established practices, ideas or developments elsewhere and adapt them to meet current needs, and a demonstrated understanding of the key drivers for stakeholders, internal and external, to provide best value commercial solutions.
- High level communication skills and the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
