About the Role

  • Manage a range of complex projects to enable the establishment of the overall People and Culture vision and strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders and in alignment with Metro North Health's People Strategy, our MN32 vision and broader Department of Health People and Culture direction.
  • Lead and manage the new People and Culture structure and align resources to maximise service delivery outcomes for the workforce of Metro North Health.
  • Contribute to defining the People and Culture Directorate's teams' capability and professional development requirements, addressing any gaps to ensure a best practice People and Culture service, brand and reputation for Metro North Health.
  • Build on and improve the People and Culture Directorate's systems and technology capability to enhance service delivery and inform quality decisions to underpin workforce direction and growth.
  • Communicate and engage with stakeholders across the People and Culture Directorate to evolve and enhance the employee experience through continuous improvement of HR processes.
