Your opportunity:
- The Registered Nurse (RN) provides clinical and patient-centred care within the Renal Home Therapies Department, supporting the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.

Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will berequired to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases ( https://tinyurl.com/yc6pgyt2 )(VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).
From 9th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB). Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $74,261 p.a., comprising salary rates $40.52 - $51.97 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 5) (Permanent Part Time 48 hours p.f.).
