A unique and exciting opportunity exists for the Registered Nurse to act as a leader in the coordination and delivery of nursing care and has a wider role contributing to education, research, quality and safety in order to achieve the best patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provides nursing services within health service settings.
- Demonstrates competence in the provision of nursing care as specified by registration requirements, NMBA standards and codes, education preparation, relevant legislation and context of care.
- Assumes accountability and responsibility for own actions and delegation of care to enrolled nurses, assistance in nursing and health care workers.
- Demonstrates evidence of increasing autonomy and exercises greater levels of professional judgement in the clinical environment as the employee moves from a beginning to an experienced practitioner.
Salary between $74 281 - $95 278 p.a. (f/t), or salary rates: $37.46 - $48.05 p.h. (p/t), or $46.07 - $59.10 p.h. (casual) (Nurse Grade 5) (several full time, part time or casual positions available, hours negotiable). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
