Job Details

As the Senior Administration Officer you will lead and manage the delivery of high-quality administrative support services including accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement and inventory management and sales order processing to Central Pharmacy and its state-wide client base. The successful candidate will have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office software especially Excel.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven ability to provide sound leadership, management and development of administrative support services and staff to enhance service delivery within an inventory management and service delivery environment.
  • Ability to quickly acquire and apply high level knowledge in purchasing, accounts payable/receivable, sales and distribution, resource management and financial reporting practices.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships with team members and clients.
  • Proven ability in the use of computerised information systems in support of inventory management, financial reporting and human resource management, and the ability to link them to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Proven ability to complete work within agreed timeframes, manage competing priorities and ensure attention to detail.
