About the Role

  • Manage a team of secretarial and administrative staff across a 24 x 7 roster, ensuring the delivery of a high performing administrative support service in accordance with organisational goals, guidelines and relevant legislation.
  • Promote compliance with business rules for the management of ETC by actively participating in all meetings relevant to managing administrative support within the department and participate in the ongoing evaluation of the ETC to maintain best practice.
  • Ability to demonstrate high level communication skills and build appropriate relationships with team members, clients and key stakeholders.
  • Identification of change methodologies to ensure departmental processes, policies and procedures meet the demands of ETC.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, overtime and training costs for administrative staff and develop strategies for cost effectiveness
