The purpose of theSenior Change Management Specialistis to develop business change strategies, and lead and implement sustainable transformational change, to effectively realise the benefits of a large scale, ICT enabled business improvement program.
To be successful you will need the following key competencies including:
- Proven success and high-level experience in workforce management (preferably rostering) transformational change management and leadership including enabling of benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, and communications and training within a large complex organisation-wide project environment.
- Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of change management strategies, tools and artefacts in a large-scale complex project environment focussed on workforce management (preferably rostering) transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure workforce management transformation design aligns to best practice methodologies, leveraging technology solutions and lessons learnt.
- Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross-team collaboration to support effective business change and transition, including the ability to influence key stakeholders in an environment of change.
- Advanced communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide advice, consultation and collaboration with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders on complex and strategic issues.
- Demonstrated capability in change planning, analysis, interventions, resistance management, conceptualisation and problem solving, and management of multiple deliverables within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
- Experience with workforce management/HR/Rostering solution implementations would be highly regarded.
- Ability to travel intra-state is a requirement of this role.
- While not mandatory, a formal qualification in Change Management and/or another relevant field would be highly regarded.
