Your opportunity:

This position is a Senior Social Work Clinician responsible for providing high quality, high level Social Work services within the Maternity and Paediatric Departments of the Fraser Coast Service. Clinical work undertaken will be of a complex nature and duties will be performed with a high degree of independence.

Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will berequired to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases ( https://tinyurl.com/yc6pgyt2 )(VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).

From 9th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB). Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package up to $84,750 p.a., comprising salary rates between$58.02 $62.44 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Part Time, 45.6 hours p.f.)
