About your opportunity

Permanent full-time, 76 hours per fortnight

Ensure our patients and visitors experience a positive experience by providing leadership and management of the administration services and the people who provide them.This role contributes to creating an exceptional place to work by consistently aligning workplace behaviours to organisational values.

Generous remuneration package value up to $102,490 p.a. comprising:

• Salary range of $81,534 to $89,828 p.a. (AO4)
• Annual leave with 17.5% loading
• 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.

Requirements

• Proven ability to operationally manage a medium to large administration team within a complex and diverse multidisciplinary environment, including a demonstrated ability to provide confident leadership and supervision skills.
• Demonstrated high level communication, negotiation and consultative skills in a challenging multidisciplinary environment.
• This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis.It is a mandatory requirement to be and to remain vaccinated against COVID-19.
