The role
Reporting to the Director, Australian TeleTrials Program you will activate and engage the Queensland Health Clinical Research Coordinator network to support the Australian Teletrial Program implementation across Queensland. You will provide authoritative, strategic advice on the development and implementation of teletrials and expert advice on the research and ethics governance framework. You will work closely with the Queensland RCCC and the Australian Teletrial Program teams to ensure that the Queensland deliverables are being supported strategically in a policy setting to ensure program success. You will ensure that policies and procedures enabling the Australian Teletrial Program in Queensland are documented and designed collaboratively with various stakeholders. Additionally, you will develop key strategies related to teletrials that build Queensland Health leadership, capacity and capability in clinical trials.

The successful person
Your proven experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or Research Unit Manager will see you do well in this role. You will have the ability to function as a state-wide research management and clinical trials resource and be able to provide high-level advice to various stakeholders to promote and encourage their understand of clinical trials and teletrials. You will have experience in policy or clinical trials protocol analysis, writing, implementation and evaluation and can work autonomously, meet deadlines, establish priorities and work as an effective member of a team to successfully contribute to organisational objectives.
